Mason County Walleye Association sent the following:
We sincerely appreciate the $500 donation from the Hamlin Lake Preservation Society to the Mason County Walleye Association. Your organization has been a long time supporter of our association and let me take the opportunity, again, to thank you for this year’s donation and also for your continued support.
2019 is off to a good star. The pond is fertilized and ready to be stocked with fry. We expect to be harvesting fish, mid June. Hamlin Lake is scheduled to be stocked this year with 150, 000 Walleye fingerlings. The Association has provided most of the 1.45 million fingerlings that have been planted in Hamlin Lake over the last 29 years. We plan to continue this effort in the future. You can rest assured that the Walleye Association will continue to be ready to meet the walleye needs of Hamlin Lake for as long as the fishery requires it.
Again, thank you and your members for your continued support.
Carter M. Koles
President,
Mason County Walleye Association
